Airsoft, laser tag and paintball: the basics
What the job involves
Airsoft sites, paintball fields and laser tag arenas are spread across Lincolnshire, often on farmland or in old industrial units, and are popular for birthdays, stag and hen groups and team days. Laser tag suits younger children; paintball and airsoft usually have minimum ages and need protective kit.
What to ask a pro, and what to have ready
Book ahead: most run set game days or sessions. Ask about minimum age, group size, what is included (kit, ammunition, food), what to wear, and whether spectators can come. For a party, ask about packages and whether you can bring a cake. Outdoor sites are weather-dependent and muddy; wear old clothes and boots, bring a change, and check the cancellation policy for rain. Indoor laser tag runs year-round and is the easier choice in winter.
Safety and good to know
Sites should insure players and brief everyone on safety before play; eye protection is compulsory at airsoft and paintball. LincsDirectory doesn't vet or endorse businesses — always check credentials and get a written quote.
