How ratings work

  • A person reads every rating before it appears. Nothing goes live automatically.
  • We never invent ratings or counts. Where a business has none yet, we say so.
  • No incentives, no paid removal: a Premium listing makes no difference to ratings.
  • We may remove anything abusive, defamatory, off-topic or that looks fake.
  • Businesses can reply through the claim form; replies are moderated too.

Full ratings policy. We publish only the stars, your comment, the date and the first name you give.
